We are really excited that we are just a few days away from being together in Slovenia for the Accelerated Ascension III event.
Please read ALL the information below carefully...

Parking is free for all Stargate participants and hotel guests.
Workshop Dates and Times
September 5th - 8th, 2024 • 9:45 am to 6pm Each Day (Slovenian Time - CET)
Please arrive early each day so you can connect with friends and find your seats. Also, check in advance how long it will take you to travel from where you are staying (if you are not accommodated in one of the hotels) to the Bernardin Hotel so that you will be on time for each session.
Reminder: If you are joining this event it is necessary to commit to being in the room for each session!
Registration
Registration opens on
- Wednesday, September 4th: 5pm - 8pm (17:00 - 20:00)
- Thursday, September 5th: 8am - 9:45 am
Registration Procedure
At the registration desk please follow the procedure below:
- There are 3 registration desks.
- Register in the desk using the first letter of your first name or your last name (depending on how your name is displayed in your Stargate Library).
- You will receive name tag with your full name in front and important phone numbers on the back.
- You are successfully registered! Please wear your tag at all times. It is your access into the workshop.

* Soundbath with Verena & Chris is a deep, tension-releasing experience with powerful Gongs and high-frequency Crystal Singing Bowls.
Please keep in mind that we are Livestreaming the whole event, so we need to start on time! When you hear the call from our time keepers each morning and during the breaks start to walk towards your seat!
Lunch & Dinner
Lunches are not included during this 4-day event
If you choose to have a buffet lunch in the hotel's Grand Restaurant you can order it on spot at the hotel Bernardin reception. The price is from 25,00 EUR per person. There is a large selection and the food is very delicious.
You can also choose lunch snacks daily options at: Grand Garden Terrace (Grand Hotel Bernardin) or Taverna Mediteran (Hotel Histrion).

Dinner possibilities for those who are not staying at the Grand Hotel Bernardin
If you are not staying at the Grand Hotel Bernardin and would like to have a dinner at this hotel you can purchase it at price 20 Eur per person as follows:
- The previous day for the next day at the hotel reception until 8pm.
- For the current day, go directly to the restaurant and check at the restaurant reception availability of seats capacity.
Water Bottles
Please bring your own water bottle, so that you can refill it. It is important to stay hydrated in order to fully benefit from these energy fields.
Information & Lost & Found Desk
Located in the lobby at the registration desk before the event room. It will be open each day at 9:00 - 9:45am, 11:15 - 11:50am.
Sales room
Situated in the lobby of the event hall.
Open hours:
Thursday, September 5th: opens at 3:30 pm - closes at 4:20pm
Friday to Sunday, September 6th to 8th, sales are open:
- in the morning: 9am - 9:45am
- in the afternoon: 3pm to 4:20 pm
- in the evening: after the afternoon session ends until 6pm
Note: Stargate, Heart companions and globes you can buy through the invoice (PayPal, Credit/Debit card). The rest of the goods are available with cash only.
If you have pre ordered a Stargates you can collect them there.

Recording of the workshop
The whole workshop will be video and audio recorded. Recordings will be available after the workshop when editing will be completed. You will receive an email when they are ready.
Organizations note
We are a very large group and have busy schedule, therefore please be punctual and ready to start at scheduled times. Tea and coffee is included in the morning breaks.
There will be extra space for lying down during the meditation, so you can bring mats, blankets or something to cover yourself, if you'd like to.
